I’ve always been the person people came to when they felt lost, hurting, or searching for meaning.
As a child, I sensed what people were feeling beneath their words, noticing subtle shifts in the emotional atmosphere. I was deeply attunded to the unspoken, to tension, joy, grief, and the quiet stories people carried within them. I experienced the world through feeling.
Today I recognize this sensitivity as one of my greatest gifts. Emotions are not something to fear or fix, they are intelligent messengers inviting us back into alignment.
I am here to help you reclaim your power and remember the truth of your soul.
